Roanel Herrera has been engaged in the real estate appraisal profession since 2019. Prior to starting his own company and becoming an independent fee appraiser in 2023, he was fortunate to work with and learn from very experienced and knowledgeable appraisers for several years. Throughout his career, Roanel has performed hundreds of appraisals on retail, restaurant, supermarket, office, medical office, commercial condominiums, mixed-use retail/multi-family, mixed-use retail/office, bank, industrial, auto repair, development site, and other special-use properties throughout Southern California.
Roanel holds the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and is in compliance with all continuing education requirements with the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers.

Metro Property Appraisals provides commercial appraisals for lending, non-lending (e.g., pre-purchase, pre-listing, insurable value, and lease/rental rate assessment), and estate planning. All appraisals are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), applicable federal and state regulatory requirements, and the specific requirements of institutional clients.
